- Recipient's mailing address
- Recipient's telephone number

GIFT CERTIFICATES ARE ESPECIALLY POPULAR AS CHRISTMAS

Please allow two days for us to prepare a gift certificate for you, and up to one week
for mailing. If you need the gift certificate immediately, we can send to you by
overnight mail at an extra charge. Christmas gift certificates should be ordered at
least three weeks prior to presentation to ensure their timely arrival. October is not
to soon to purchase your Christmas gift certificates!

call or write to extend the expiration date at any time.
- The recipient is urged to use the certificate promptly, and to make reservations
well in advance, as The Gates House East & West are often booked far ahead.
- Please call to inquire about available rooms and dates, so that we may help you
select the best reservation for your needs and interests.
- Policies regarding deposit, cancellation and refund apply to reservations made
using gift certificates.
- One weeks notice is required in the event of a cancellation in order for a gift
certificate to be refunded or transferred to another date.
